Q. How do I measure My head?

A.Industry standards promote 4 head sizes: Child, Petite, Average and Large. You can measure your head with a cloth measuring tape to determine the best fit for you.*Please note* if your circumference matches a specific size buy the wig for the circumference size, then reach out to Treasured Tress to learn how to make adjustments.

 

Q.Why is there a $20 flat fee shipping charge?

A. Treasured Tress wants to ensure clients do not pay US exchange, duty or other border fees. In exchange, a $20 shipping charge is applied to provide expedited shipping to clients.

Q. Are Refunds offered?

A. At this time Treasured Tress does not offer refunds. Treasured Tress will offer exchanges as per exchange policy or store credit that does not expire.

Q. I'm confused about color selection?

A. Color selection can be difficult, various devices show colors differently.Every wig is not available in every color. If you are having a difficult time selecting color, please refer to appropriate color charts and enlarge the screen or reach out to Treasured Tress at 902-719-2909 to view color rings in person or virtually. Q. What is a virtual consult?

A.  I bring a virtual boutique to you. A virtual consult is a free computer meeting performed over Facebook Messenger, Zoom or any other applicable platform. The virtual consult will last approx 1.5 hrs long and consists of an educational session about wig cap construction, human vs synthetic fibers, long vs short wigs, viewing various wig styles and colors. It is a good alternative to face to face. Wigs are personally selected and ordered new for each client.

Q. What is a Mobile Consult?

A. I bring the boutique to you. A mobile consult is a meeting, where I meet you in your home or place of choice. I have learned from personal experience that shops can feel undignified when you are in a time of need or vulnerability. A mobile consult lasts approx 1.5 to 2 hrs and will consist of an education session about wig caps, sizes, construction, colour etc..You will also try on wigs and review colours and styles. Wigs are personally selected and ordered new for each client.

Q. Do You have a shop or store I can visit?

A. No.Treasured Tress is not a Brick and Mortar Shop.I know from personal experience what being on display feels like. I meet clients by appointment only. We either meet at my local North End consult room, your residence,a virtual chat room or you can shop in anonymity online. 

Q. Why would I trust Treasured Tress?

A. Treasured Tress owner, Seanne Meldrum has lived with hair loss for over 23 yrs. I have worn almost every wig brand on the market. When I started my business I decided my personal experience and education should be expanded, I attended a Jon Renau Double Core Certification program in Nashville to increase my knowledge about alternative hair to assist my clients.

Q. I don't like providing my CC or bank information online can I use alternative methods?
